Weekender – Miami
Here is the map. Each line with an arrow is one mile. Outside the Park, the ONLY areas for landing are on the islands.
Training takes place in protected waters of Oleta River State Park, and in the northern most part of Biscayne Bay: 3400 NE 163rd Street North Miami Beach FL 33160.
Weekender 9 am – 3 pm
Day 1: Basic strokes
Day 2: Check-off of basic strokes
Journey & rescues
Students will journey through the northern end of Biscayne Bay with opportunities to stop intermittently at a series of small islands
