Rescues & Towing

Course Outline

This class begins with an understanding and comfort with the “Wet Exit”, while on land.  Then moving the the water we will do a real “Wet Exit” and then move on to the following rescues:

T-Rescue

T– Rescue (leg over version)

T– Rescue w/stirrup

Scoop (new version)

Paddle-float self rescue

Paddle-float self rescue w/strrup and some “open water” rescues, if time allows

Class will end with an “on-water” module on “Principles of safe and efficient towing”
