Day 2:  Charleston Harbor to Morris Island Lighthouse (Shuttle)

Day 3:  Seabrook Island to  DeVoux Bank and then to Capt. Sams Inlet or
North End Folly Beach

Event Description:
We will be based out of the Charleston County Parks Dept. campground. Each morning we will be receiving a concise trip plan from the instructor candidates which will include weather, tides, current and any other concerns they might have. Their goal is to provide a safe yet fun and challenging intermediate to advanced day journey. One of the candidates goals is to “use” the “presented environment” as a teaching opportunity. This should provide excellent learning opportunities for all involved. Those folks who are not certifying can, if they like ,can be considered “practice students” thus gaining free one on one instruction and an inside view of what goes on and what is expected during a certification event.
