Day 1: Arrive Glasgow / Edinburgh before 2pm, all people are met here and taken to Oban in minibus

Day 2: Sea kayaking North coastal Oban area http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firth_of_Lorn  

Day 3: Sea kayaking Kerrera Island circumnavigation

Day 4: Sea kayaking Lismore Island area

Day 5: Sea kayaking South coastal Oban area

Day 6:  Sea kayaking Port Appin area

Day 7: Visit Oban distillery early , then travel Oban to Edinburgh check in to hotel and visit Edinburgh castle, followed by dinner in Edinburgh 

Day 8: Departure breakfast and drop off at airport ?
