Teach & Trek Level 3

Description: With this journey we add to our basic strokes the advanced turning strokes. The Bow Rudder, Side Slip, Low Brace Turn and Double Shift Stern Rudder. All these strokes work very well in the wind. As we move from sheltered water to a more open environment we should experience some wind and waves. In conditions such as these we will need to know and be comfortable with a few more rescues. These will be introduced and demonstrated during our journey. Those who are interested can also receive a introduction to the “roll”
